You may be eligible for a return or refund in the following situations:

• a) Damaged Product
  • Product received is physically damaged or leaking
  • Packaging is tampered or broken at the time of delivery
• b) Wrong Product Delivered
  • Product delivered is different from what was ordered
• c) Missing Item
  • One or more items are missing from the order

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

All return/refund requests are subject to verification. Onlinedawabazar reserves the right to accept or reject a request based on:

• Product condition
• Proof provided (photos/videos, order details)

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Prescription-based orders may be cancelled if the prescription is found invalid or incomplete.

Refunds for COD orders, if approved, may be processed via alternate modes as per company policy.
